Tech Alphabet Limited offers digital services, including but not limited to Business Listing, Business Email Setup, Digital Marketing, Content Generation, QuickBooks Account Setup, Xero Account Setup, Bookkeeping and Accounting, XBRL Conversion and Filing Services and Cloud Printing Support. Service details will be outlined in individual agreements for each project.
2. Payment Terms
All invoices are due as per the payment schedule mentioned. Late payments may attract interest or penalties. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery. Approve deliverables promptly to avoid delays. Maintain confidentiality of shared credentials and sensitive data.
4. Confidentiality
Tech Alphabet Limited ensures that all client data and information shared with us are kept secure and confidential. We will not share or misuse your information for any unauthorized purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tech Alphabet Limited is not liable for: Losses arising from client-provided inaccuracies. External factors beyond our control, such as third-party system outages or updates.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Payment for completed work must be settled before termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All deliverables provided remain the intellectual property of Tech Alphabet Limited until payment is made in full.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion. Unresolved matters will be subject to arbitration as per applicable laws.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of HONG KONG (SAR), and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within its courts.”
11. Modifications
Tech Alphabet Limited reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
